I offer professional individual counseling services to help you address emotional, relational, behavioral, and spiritual challenges. In addition to navigating all challenges and solutions through a Christian worldview perspective (opt-in option), my counseling approaches include person-centered, cognitive/rational emotive behavioral, existential, and solution-focused modalities.
